Ostrov
Last updated: 13 October 2026
You can ask Ostrov to delete personal information held in connection with our website, an Ostrov application, or your interaction with our official Facebook or Instagram accounts.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary identity documents. We will ask separately if limited additional verification is needed.
Our team reviews the request, checks that it concerns the correct person or account, and handles deletion without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. We will respond by email with any necessary verification steps and confirm the outcome. You can ask for an update by replying in the same email thread.
We delete or anonymise the personal information covered by a valid request unless retention is required or permitted for a specific lawful purpose, such as accounting, an existing contractual obligation, security or a legal claim. If any information cannot be deleted, we will explain what is retained and why. Where we hold no information matching the request, we will tell you.
You can also remove an Ostrov app or revoke its permissions in the connected platform's app or business-integration settings. For Facebook, see Apps and Websites. The controls shown depend on the type of connection.
Removing access stops the app from using the revoked permissions, but it does not automatically delete all information already stored by Ostrov. Please send the deletion request above if you want us to review and delete that information. This does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account or information independently held by Meta or other users.
