These terms apply to your use of ostrov.center and the online application features and official social-media interactions provided by Ostrov. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

Our online services provide information about Ostrov, support enquiries and calculations, and allow users to submit applications or use available account features. Social-media features support interactions with our official accounts and the functions authorised through the relevant platform.
A calculation is an estimate, an application is a request, and a booking is confirmed only through the applicable confirmation process. A message, form submission or automated response does not by itself reserve accommodation, confirm availability or change agreed terms.
Accommodation, programmes, payment, cancellation and other purchased services are governed by their specific agreed terms and applicable law. These website terms do not replace a booking agreement or the terms of an independent programme organiser.
If you act for a group, organisation or another person, you are responsible for having the authority to submit their information and instructions. Users must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the connected platform; a parent or authorised representative must handle matters that require their involvement.
You retain the rights you hold in information and content you submit. You allow us to process and use that content to handle the interaction or service you requested, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting content does not grant permission to use someone else's personal information or intellectual property unlawfully.
Website text, photographs, designs and other materials remain protected by their owners' rights. Viewing material does not grant a general right to reproduce or commercially reuse it. Obtain the necessary permission unless a use is otherwise permitted by law.
Facebook, Instagram and other connected services are operated by their respective providers. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply. An Ostrov application is operated by Ostrov; publication or availability through a Meta service does not mean that Meta endorses or operates Ostrov.
You can revoke an application's access through the relevant platform settings. For information already held by Ostrov, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.
Online services may be interrupted, changed or unavailable. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all information will always reflect the latest availability. Confirm arrangements with the appropriate team or programme organiser.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any responsibility for a particular paid service remains subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. The version and date shown on this page identify the current published terms. Updates do not remove rights already acquired under an existing agreement.
